Abonelik (Utility Subscription Transfer)
Transferring or opening the water and electricity meters in the new owner's name after the Tapu is registered.

Who's who in Antalya
Water — the public utility ASAT (Antalya Su ve Atıksu İdaresi). Electricity — the retail supplier CK Akdeniz (rebranded from the former CLK Akdeniz in 2019; existing customers were carried over automatically, no need to re-sign), with AEDAŞ as the distribution operator responsible for the grid.
To transfer the meters into the new owner's name, utilities require a valid DASK policy number in addition to ID and the Tapu — without it, the transfer won't go through.
Something to check on a resale purchase
If the previous owner doesn't close their subscription when they move out, the bill keeps accruing in their name — but it's whoever's actually using the property who ends up dealing with the fallout. Confirm the meters are either closed out under the previous owner or transferred directly to the new one, rather than left open "to sort out later."
